Who We Are/What We Do

Collins/Fox Strategies Group was designed to provide executive-level management consulting assistance to the owners, senior management teams and Executive Directors of small-to-medium-sized businesses, financial institutions and non-profits throughout the West.  We can help companies grow.  We can help managers solve problems.  We can be utilized as a temporary resource, part-time employee or retained advisor.  Or, we can undertake and successfully complete an organization’s project.

We can also facilitate Planning Conferences. Conduct brainstorming sessions. And, lead staff meetings. We are adept at analyzing data, making strategic recommendations, and writing plans.

Perhaps most importantly of all, we can assist in plan implementation once a strategic commitment has been made. This, by the way, may be the most important service Collins/Fox offers, since implementing a plan is exponentially more difficult than creating one.

How We Do It

We are big-picture strategists and creative, out-of-the-box brainstormers.  We are also disciplined implementers who believe strongly in the value/necessity of controls and accountabilities.  We are collaborative.  We greatly value input and the expertise of others.  Yet, we are not shy about being directive or reticent to make decisions.

Who We Do It For

Collins/Fox’ clients are typically small-to-medium-sized businesses in any industry with annual sales of between $1.0 million and $25.0 million and a staff of between 25 and 250 employees. Or, they are financial institutions with assets between $100 million and $2.0 billion. Or, they are non-profits serving between 1,000 and 10,000 clients per year.
