We understand that no matter how smart or experienced we might be (or think we are), the client and the client’s staff always have more insight into their company than we do. Therefore, we strive to tap into that reservoir of knowledge through direct, one-on-one discussions with key players. We also pore over written information such as current and previous Strategic plans, Board and other management reports, Marketing plans, personnel files, websites, etc., as appropriate. And, we do it quickly and discretely. We will summarize observations and share them regularly with appropriate members of the senior management team.
