Collins/Fox Strategies Group, LLC is committed to providing both value in excess of fees paid and total satisfaction to its clients. If, however, a client should ever become dissatisfied with the quality of work or level of service they are receiving (it hasn’t happened yet), or for any other reason, the client may terminate the engagement at any time and pay only for time expended to date x the hourly professional fee charged, less any fees previously paid.
